What do we use your data for?
We use the email address you provide to send free IPSODYS Notes and occasional updates about the project and future beta. The lawful basis is your consent. We do not ask for medical information on the subscription form. Please do not include health information in messages to the newsletter address.
Who helps deliver the emails?
We use MailerLite to collect subscriptions and send emails. MailerLite processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms. Its services may involve international transfers subject to the safeguards described in those terms. The form uses MailerLite's technology when you access it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep your subscription while you wish to receive the emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or contact us. We may retain limited records of consent or requests when needed to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable by writing to ipsodys@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Providing your email is optional. Without it, we cannot send you the newsletter. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your access to the public website.

Usamos el correo electrónico que nos facilitas para enviarte gratuitamente IPSODYS Notes y novedades ocasionales del proyecto y de una futura beta. La base jurídica es tu consentimiento. El formulario no solicita datos de salud. Por favor, no incluyas información de salud en mensajes dirigidos a este correo del boletín.
¿Quién nos ayuda a enviar los correos?
Utilizamos MailerLite para recoger suscripciones y enviar correos. MailerLite trata los datos por nuestra cuenta conforme a su acuerdo de tratamiento. Sus servicios pueden implicar transferencias internacionales sujetas a las garantías descritas en dicho acuerdo. El formulario utiliza tecnología de MailerLite al acceder a él.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo conservamos los datos?
Conservamos la suscripción mientras quieras recibir los correos. Puedes darte de baja mediante el enlace incluido en cada envío o contactarnos. Podemos conservar registros limitados del consentimiento o de las solicitudes cuando sea necesario para cumplir obligaciones legales.
Tus decisiones y derechos
Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento y solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición o portabilidad cuando corresponda, escribiendo a ipsodys@gmail.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Facilitar el correo es opcional. Sin él, no podemos enviarte el boletín. Darse de baja del boletín no afecta al acceso a la web pública.
