Health information can feel like a maze. A useful guide should help you see what is known, what remains uncertain, and which choices are yours to make.
Plain explanations of evidence, without turning complex questions into easy promises.
What we know matters. So do uncertainty, trade-offs, and your own circumstances.
Whether you are preparing for a marathon or race, recovering after one, or navigating daily health, progress can mean acting, resting, or asking a professional.

04 / IN THE MAKING
A calmer way to understand and navigate health is taking shape.
IPSODYS is developing an evidence-informed health guide for web and mobile. The ambition is to make information easier to understand while respecting uncertainty and the person making the decision.
Capabilities will be described when they are built and ready. This preview offers no diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or personal clinical guidance.

05 / THE FOUNDER
Dr. Víctor Pijoan Ortega founded IPSODYS from a simple idea: everyone deserves to see health evidence clearly and understand what it means for their choices. His work includes aesthetic medicine and regenerative and interventional approaches to musculoskeletal care.
The idea comes from a clinician’s conviction that evidence should be visible in plain language to everyone. “Better Than Yesterday” means making thoughtful progress on your own terms: understanding the evidence, respecting its limits, and choosing what matters next. No single route fits everyone.
His approach to movement echoes Socrates’ argument in Xenophon’s Memorabilia: care for the body and discover what it may become. For Víctor, another day is a privilege and another opportunity to try again.
